Dr. Kimberly Fremin is a board certified Nephrologist servicing St. Charles and Jefferson parishes.  She has a clinic in Luling, Metairie, and Gretna.  She sees patients admitted to St. Charles Parish Hospital, East Jefferson General Hospital, and Ochsner Westbank Hospital. She also sees dialysis patients in St. Charles and Jefferson parishes.

Dr. Fremin grew up in Kenner, Louisiana.  She went to LSU-Baton Rouge for her undergraduate degree and to LSU-Shreveport for medical school.  She trained in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at LSU-New Orleans.

Dr. Fremin is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
