Bronwyn LeBlanc, M.D.
Dr. Bronwyn LeBlanc was born in Gretna, LA and grew up near Picayune, MS. She graduated summa cum laude from University of New Orleans. She attended medical school and also completed her Internal Medicine residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center. She then moved back home and completed her Nephrology fellowship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. She currently resides in Metairie, LA.
Dr. LeBlanc has a clinic in Metairie, Luling, and Gretna and sees patients admitted to EJGH, WJGH, Ochsner-Westbank, and St. Charles Parish Hospital. She also sees dialysis patients in Jefferson and St. Charles parishes.
Dr. LeBlanc is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
Jenna Surmik, MSN, FNP-C
Jenna Surmik is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Destrehan, LA. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Orleans. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center before going on to earn her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama.
She has prior experience in critical care and internal medicine. She enjoys being able to make a difference in her patients’ lives. She is committed to treating every patient like a member of her family with compassion and empathy.
